CHEMICAL PEELS
A chemical peel is very popular, quick and safe treatment. It is used to exfoliate and rejuvenate skin from within. At DASH Dermatology, the common peels available are gentle fruit and enzyme derived acids like glycolic acid, citric acid, ferrulic acid, mandelic acid and lactic acid. Also anti-aging peels like yellow peel, cosmelan, TCA, and phenol are also available. It can be done to rejuvenate and brighten not only face but other body parts like hands or back as well.
BOTOX & FILLERS
Botox works by relaxing the lines caused by movement of underyling muscles such as forehead line, frown lines, bunny lines, gummy smile or crow's feet. While hyaluronic acid fillers help to fill the deep lines due to sagging skin and volume loss such as laugh lines, tear trough or sagging jowls and also nose shaping and plump lips. PRP(PLATELET RICH PLASMA THERAPY)
PRP (platelet-rich plasma) therapy for hair loss or skin rejuvenation is a three-step medical treatment in which a person’s blood is drawn, processed, and then injected into the scalp or face. It has a rich concentrate of platelet derived growth factors. When injected into hair, these growth factors released act on stem cells in the bulge area of the follicles, stimulating the development of new hair follicles. While in the skin they promote new collagen production.
PDO THREADLIFT
A PDO thread lift is designed to subtly lift the facial features to reduce fine lines and wrinkles while encouraging collagen and elastin production for more volume in the treated areas. They are medical grade threads thinner than a strand of hair. Sagging loose skin can be lifted non -surgically using this technique. It is a minimally invasive procedure performed under local anaesthesia. It can be used to treat sagging brows or jowls, drooping cheeks, marionette lines, and also neck lines.
MESOTHERAPY
Hair mesotherapy is also known as mesoplasty or mesohair. It involves injecting medications directly into the scalp. The objective of this treatment is to restore and increase microcirculation in the scalp, provide nutrients, slow down the shrinking of follicles, and stimulate hair growth. A cocktail of nutrients, hair stimulants and nano peptides are injected via nano needles, hence it's a virtually painless procedure.
DARK CIRCLES TREATMENT
Due to delicate eye anatomy, dark circles may start at a younge age. Many times best of creams may not be able to penetrate through the deeper layers of under eye skin and fail to correct the dark circles.
